We are looking for someone to take over the leadership of our trust as Executive Officer
This is a unique leadership role that promotes and supports a transformative digital learning programme for children and young people in Northland, particularly those at risk of being left behind educationally.
You will work with community and school leaders across the region who are dedicated to providing equitable access to a future focused education. You will have genuine empathy for Northland and its young people and a passion to facilitate improved whānau engagement in their child’s learning.
This position reports to the Trust and its Chair and the right person will have appropriate qualifications and background, supported by proven management acumen, to provide leadership for the work of the Trust, to oversee its administration and financial management systems and to manage fund raising initiatives. We are also looking for sophisticated interpersonal and communications skills to navigate and steward a broad cross section of relationships and expectations, with the schools and their whanau, and with the wider community.
This is a part time contractor role up to 20 hours/week. You can work from home and there are flexible work arrangements and a great team to work with.
