The Digital Immersion Programme relies heavily on student whanau support and engagement, which is why we have a dedicated Whanau Support Coordinator on hand.
Ross Tipene is our Whanau Support Coordinator, and he offers information workshops to the whanau of involved students, covering areas such as the Tikanga of Care, staying safe online with the Cybersmart Safety Net, caring for the device, correct use of the device, and the whanau responsibility of engagement with the student’s learning. Ross is committed to providing a realistic and engaged whanau support system, giving you and your children the best possible experience of our Digital Immersion Program.
